Music Ministry

The mission statement of the VBC music ministry is “to teach and admonish the people of God in psalms, hymns and spiritual songs, for the purpose of developing abandoned worshippers of God, knowing that if He be lifted up, He will draw all men to Himself.” There is a place for everyone in the music ministry, whether your gift is singing, playing an instrument, directing a children’s choir, or teaching music. If you are looking for a “family” with whom you can serve God, encourage God’s family and help direct the “seeker” to the Heart of God…WELCOME HOME!

Sing for Joy in the Lord, O you righteous ones! Give thanks to the Lord with the lyre. Sing praises to Him with a harp of ten strings. Sing to Him a new song; play skillfully with a shout of joy.  (Ps. 33: 1-3)
